By accessing or using the WizNova™ JEE Forum ("Forum"), whether as a guest reader or a registered participant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Community Guidelines, our Privacy Policy, our Moderation Policy, and our Grievance Policy (collectively, the "Forum Policies").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Forum. Continued use of the Forum after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WizNova™, operated by Pradeep Nagar ("WizNova", "we", "us", "our"), under the laws of India.

The Forum is open to all persons interested in JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) preparation, results, counselling, and related academic topics. Reading and searching the Forum does not require registration.

To post, comment, upload images, or vote, you must authenticate via Google Sign-In. By signing in, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• The Google account you use belongs to you and the information provided is accurate.
• You will not create accounts for others without their consent.
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person.

WizNova reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

You agree to use the Forum only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules"), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

You must not:

• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise unlawful.
• Post content that threatens national security, public order, or India's sovereignty and integrity.
• Impersonate any person, institution, examination authority (including NTA, IITs, NITs, IIITs, JoSAA), or official body.
• Post another person's personal information (name, address, phone number, email, photograph) without their explicit consent.
• Upload or share malware, viruses, phishing links, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any system.
• Use the Forum for commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Forum without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent any moderation, security, or access-control mechanism.
• Post content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual-property right.

You retain ownership of the content you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content on the Forum, you grant WizNova a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Forum.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
• Your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

WizNova does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any User Content. All User Content represents the views of its respective author only.

WizNova acts as an intermediary under the IT Act and IT Rules. We are not the originator of User Content and are not liable for User Content except to the extent provided by applicable law.

All platform elements — including the WizNova™ name, logo, design, software, and original content created by WizNova — are the exclusive property of WizNova and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from WizNova's proprietary content without prior written permission.

If you believe that any content on the Forum infringes your copyright, please submit a complaint through our Grievance Policy mechanism.

WizNova reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, edit, hide, or remove any User Content at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that such content violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

We will act on valid complaints received through our Grievance mechanism within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.

WizNova may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Forum if you:

• Repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
• Engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, to WizNova, or to the integrity of the Forum.
• Provide false information during registration.
• Are found to be operating multiple accounts to evade a prior suspension.

Upon termination, your right to use the Forum ceases immediately. WizNova may retain your User Content as required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

THE FORUM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WIZNOVA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FORUM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, WIZNOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE FORUM OR ANY USER CONTENT.

WizNova's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Forum shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

The WizNova™ JEE Forum is an independent educational discussion platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:

• The National Testing Agency (NTA)
• The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main or JEE Advanced) authorities
• The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA)
• The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB)
• Any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)
• Any National Institute of Technology (NIT)
• Any Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT)
• Any other government examination or counselling authority

All examination, result, rank, and counselling information posted on the Forum represents the views of individual users and must be independently verified with the relevant official authority before being relied upon.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

WizNova may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Your continued use of the Forum after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
